Some guy sleeping on the lobby couch both days we were there. The woman at the front desk was complaining about another guest after talking to her on the phone. No elevator, was told they would help with our luggage upon arrival but they didn't. Pool was freezing. In room whirl pool had spiders coming out of the drain with a web up to the faucet so we avoided using it. Front desk guy was kind enough to refund $32 of our room cost, we still paid $114 for 1 night stay. Sad because the location and property itself were nice.

Desk Staff were very friendly, helpful. Room was clean, comfortable. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Not a big fan of powdered eggs. Would have liked some hard boiled eggs. It looked like there was a spot for them in the refrigerator in the breakfast room, but it was empty. Location was easy to find.

Really enjoyed this property! My housekeeper Jason kept my room fresh. Was relaxing to come back after a long day to my nice, refreshed room. Breakfast was as i expected, in a pinch it works.
