Stay away!
When we attempted to check in there was no one at the desk but we could hear someone talking on FaceTime in the back. After ringing the bell twice and waiting for 10 minutes the male worker came out. After checking in we went to our room where the key was not working. My husband went down to see if he could get the key fixed and in the mean time an older gentleman opened the door and asked if we needed something. We were given an occupied room and the hotel was the filthiest Hampton Inn I have ever seen. We travel often and this was by far the grossest experience I’ve had in a long time. We asked for a refund and left.

My first room was sprayed to death and was going to give me a migraine. They were kind enough to move me. The second room was great. I was disappointed with the exercise room. I wish they had at least a mat to lay on the floor. The one they did have was incredibly thin and worn. The treadmill was out of order. Staff was very friendly. I had a wake up call at 6, I got it at 6:18am, luckily I was already awake. Overall it was a pretty good experience.

Room was not clean, when we complained they gave use new sheets and said to make the beds ourself. We had to request a new room. I asked for adjoining rooms and they said they were full they were not. Very disappointed in the staff and their wiliness to accommodate.

Moderately clean. Decent breakfast. It served our needs for a quick overnight but appears to be a bit older. Sadly no hot tub. Thankfully we were not charged for parking as the website indicates. Per policy is obscene - I understand the need for it, but should definitely be refundable.

NASTY GROSS!
when we checked in we didn't get the room we ordered because their computers were down. The beds weren't stained and the room was dark and dirty. We didn't end up staying overnight because we were so grossed out. Mold was found in the bathroom. The front desk staff didn't even try to help the situation. Another guess was having problems with their room key. Also with the keys not working we really didn't want to stay there, fear some other guess would come in out room.

Overall underwhelming. Sparse staffing, curtains not working correctly. Long breakfast wait for food. Overall not great

Hampton Inn Jackson is Disappointing
Booked a 2 queen bed handicapped accessible room. Confirmed those room directly with the hotel the day prior to arrival. Arrived and no double queen bed handicapped accessible rooms were available. My 2nd room a King bed room was actually opened with the lock latch. This made me wonder if it was safe to use. The curtains in the room did not vlose prperly. Meaning I had to sleep with flood lights from the parking lot flooding the bed. Eventually I took the initiative to fix the tracking on the curtains. Was surprised that rooms didn't have small refrigerators. Dufficult to get get someone at the front desk. Appeared to be very sparsely staffed. Breakfast was very slow in putting up food. The woman in charge of the good was doing her best and had a charming didposition but it took nearly 30 minutes to get omlets out and the other "hot" food was not so warm. In short, the experience underwhelmed and was not ehat I thought a Hilton property would offer. I certainly didn't leave well rested. Disappointed.
