I had booked this location since it was close to the art museum I got in and was met by a frazzled manager who said the key card system was down They could walk me to my room but could not leave and lock the door She then suggested the Hilton but they were booked up So she said just go along and see where another hotel was

There were ants on the nightstand and the carpet had a bad smell, so they had to give me another room. A little better but still their Carpet are disgusting

Well worth the money
My experience was wonderful. I really want to thank the lady who cooked me some turkey sausages because i dont eat pork, she was so nice and kept the dining area very clean. Front desk was awesome and when Im visiting my son at JSU, thats where im staying. Great job ladies and the gentlemen who was doing the cleaning. You all deserve a great big raise.

We checked in on Friday night. There was only 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels, and 2 bath towels in bathroom. There were no Kleenex or paper products in the room to wipe our hands on after washing our hands the entire weekend. We used the wash cloths and bath towels Friday night. Got up Saturday morning there were no towels. Front desk could not give any more towels until Sunday because house keeping don’t come in but every other day that’s what customer service at front desk told me. They had no other way to give us towels. So we had no towels to use at all on Sunday. She did say Housekeeping would be in around 9:30 Sunday morning but we were getting ready to check out at 9:30.

Elevators shook a lot and felt unsafe. Pool is closed. They shouldn't advertising there's a pool if no ones allowed to use it. I think covid is over enough that people can surely swim in a pool loaded with BLEACH!
