Hotel could use some updating. Waited a long time to get our bill for the breakfast. Front desk was nice. Not a lot of options near the hotel for food. Valet wasn’t clear on when it would turn to another day and you’d get charged

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very nice and courteous. The surrounding area feels unsafe to walk around and see the town. We had to Uber everywhere and sometimes they were hard to get in a timely manner

I wasn’t pleased with my stay. I Actually felt discriminated against. I was checking out early to bring my daughter to college here and we wanted to eat breakfast early. The breakfast was suppose to start at 7 am but started at 7:20 I was leaving at 7:30 am. I went to the breakfast buffet and was told to wait it had to be checked. This also happened to another Black couple. But when the White people walked up they wasn’t asked anything and wasn’t denied access. I would like to speak with someone about complaints and report this. I paid for the breakfast package with my room.
