Don't hire a Karen to check in & out guest's.
I do not think this hotel is worth what they charge per stay. The hotel itself is run down and in need of a face lift. Breakfast was good and the service there was great. We booked through Hotels.com and were charged more than what Hotels said the price would be. My wife questioned the higher price and was somewhat challenged by the employee at the desk. She was not a happy employee and accused my wife of yelling at her when she was the one yelling.

TV in room very difficult to operate. Had to have staff come 3 times to assist. We thought it may be us, however, staff indicated they have to make several trips a day to various guest rooms to get TVs working properly.

Excellent stay
Good stay at this hotel. The showers are excellent, the staff were friendly and accomodating. They had a variety of hot foods at breakfast. We asked for hot chocolate for the kids and they didn't have any. Overall excellent stay.

Great visit!!!
Great service. The front desk people were so friendly and quick to help give suggestions on where to eat. Loved Luka’s. Pool was great, not crowded and the rooms were clean. Beds are VERY comfortable.

Despite using my Expedia Confirmation to check-in, the front desk clerk charged me a second time for my room. She said she would refund the duplicate charge, but did not. I've called twice and been told I would get a refund, but that has not happened. Not only that, they refuse to take the hold off my card for incidentals, after over a week.
