Bad check in and equally bad checkout. Pmease at front desk at night time were terribly trained and had no clue what they were doing. Upon check out they could not give me my invoice since they marked my payment method as cash despite the fact I paid with my credit card.

improvement desperately needed
I have stayed at a hyatt hotel many times before and their offerings were excellent. This time was average at best. Breakfast was substandard; and the eating area was small and not very accomadating. The refridge in my king suite wasn't cooling very well and we didn't have a microwave.

It was a nice place. A little hard to get to. Breakfast was average. Strange deal with shower where you have to step into shower to turn it on. Get we with cold water.
