I had complained about the air conditioner not working properly after night and asked to be moved to a different room, to which the manager replied that there were no other rooms available. However… the parking lot was NEVER full, so I doubt this to be the truth. When I complained again upon check out about the air conditioner, he said that they were going to replace the unit, but did not provide any compensation or anything for my troubles. Also, the room was dirty… we found several soda bottles under the beds that were not ours. The breakfast was definitely subpar and not what I’m used to from past experiences at Quality Inns. The only redeeming feature was the pool, which was refreshing but also not very clean.
