2025 New Year Getaway
The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon.

This was an amazing place to watch incredible sunrises and sunsets and dolphins … it is as close to the ocean as u can get … sleeping with the waves crashing outside your windows … and yes u can still hear them crashing! Such a great space not overcrowded with weird furniture.. I come with dog crate, beds and yoga mats so extra space is great and this place delivers! I also travel with extra laundry soap and dishwasher soap and toilet paper but here there was a great supply ( instead of just one pod for each) eliminating the need to run out and get supplies.. so whether this is the owner or a pay it forward deal .. I kept it going so great to hv stuff when u land! The owner steve was very communicative and helpful… appreciate the details as my gps did try to bring me a few doors down .. thanks steve!

Our stay was everything we dreamt of! From lying on the master bed with the door open listening to the waves crash snd watch the sun rise to having a direct access to the beach right off the balcony. Absolutely amazing! They had the place very well stocked with lots of extras! Also host was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply.

Comfortable and oceanside
This is a comfortable home right on the beach. As other reviews have noted, it could use some updating. However we were looking for something affordable on the beach and this place delivered. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and gorgeous views of the ocean from the decks. Would definitely return if this place was closer to home.

Amazing vacation experience!
House was clean , organized with all essentials, great for our family of 5 and large breed dog. House was slightly dated but that didn’t bother us with the most beautiful view of the ocean!

Tim the owner was very accommodating when we had to have the refrigerator replaced. Small details could be replaced. Ex. Shower rings on the shower curtains, bar stools for the counter. Overall we had a good time. Thank you

Vacation home for 2024
We booked amazing Grace for our summer vacation. Great vacation home love the location. Beach right in front house was great beds were comfortable. Anything I needed. Steve was on top of easy communication with him. Definitely recommend staying with any , Home that Steve owns . We will definitely be in touch with him again for future vacation homes in that area. Probably stay at amazing Grace again. Probably one of the best homes we have stayed in and we book a house every year since 2008 somewhere Steve is top-notch definitely give five stars. If there were a 10 star we would give that.

Great location, property needs some attention
House was rated as exceptional which in my opinion is not accurate. Cleanliness was definitely questionable. Some examples: pet hair visible on stairs and on master bed skirt, the stairs had not been vacuumed as several wads of pet hair were removed, sliding door windows facing the beach were not cleaned and were completely covered over with salt and grime. We cleaned ourselves and they stayed pretty clear most of the week, not a chance they were touched before our arrival. Table tops were also pretty dusty. Shower curtain rings in both baths were rusty and the rust has stained the shower curtains. Overall the house needs some attention…walls are scarred, marked up, and just dirty. One of the sliding glass doors didn’t have a working lock and towel rods were loose and coming off the walls. While we did find them dead in the house we did notice some bug activity as well. Owner was attentive and communicative in assisting with an AC issue but sent a text to let us know a maintenance person was coming. We were on the beach, did not have our phone, and did not acknowledge or see the text. The maintenance man ended up on our back porch unannounced to us and made for a very uncomfortable situation. To end with some positives the location is great, view is awesome, porch is great and we had a fine week. However, to list this house as exceptional is false advertising. It needs some work and attention.

Wonderful Stay!
Amazing Grace is a great place to stay! Wonderful views! Just steps from the beach & beautiful surf. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The whole place is especially clean and bug free. Plenty of towels & other linens, and the most comfortable beds. Would love to come back! Great communication with Steve, the owner.

Amazing Grace is a wonderful place to stay. The owner/property manager is so very attentive. When we had problems with the air conditioning unit he responded immediately to my concerns and the problem was quickly resolved. The beach is stunning and it was difficult to leave when our stay was completed.

Absolutely Amazing Grace
Wow!! Such a beautiful home and location. Everything in the property description was perfectly accurate. The owners were more than gracious and responded so quickly to my questions. Steve Morrison the owner even texted me some of his favorite restaurants in the area and we enjoyed delicious fresh seafood with waterfront dining for dinner and fantastic bagels for breakfast one morning. I highly recommend Amazing Grace as the perfect vacation spot and any additional properties that Steve and his wife own.

All about the view
The view was amazing. The rest was so so. Really needs some attention. The beds were awful. Most of dining chairs were broken. The living room furniture was dirty and worn, very uncomfortable. Lots of marks on walls. Can't use stove, its electric coil stove and the drip pans were replaced with ones that are too big so the heating unit doesnt sit flat. Didnt find that out until almost end of week. No screens. We had a problem during stay and owner was very quick to respond. No complaints there. The tv remotes, batterries dead and they were so dirty i wanted to use gloves. Super frustrating to get any 1 of them to work. Had i paid the in season rate, I would have been very upset. As it was, we overpaid, but the view is amazing.

Very relaxing!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Amazing Grace! It was wonderful to be that close to the beach and we spent the majority of our time on the deck reading and watching the ocean. Our dog goes with us everywhere we go and we were able to eat at a different pet friendly restaurant every night. This was our first time in Topsail and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A+ Stay in Topsail
We had a great vacation at Amazing Grace. The location cannot be beat with the beach only steps from the back door. The house is clean and comfortable. The owner is communicative and responsive to messages - especially appreciated as we were there during Tropical Storm Idalia. North Topsail is a low key, quiet town and if relaxing on the beach is what you are after.....this is the place!
