Decent for price.
Good price if you just need the hotel to sleep. Breakfast options are blah. Better to eat at the Waffle House next door. I Thought bed was comfy. TV had minimal channels. TV was in SD, too bad they haven’t upgraded that. Doesn’t offer body lotion like most hotels. Just need to pack your own next time. Would stay again if the price was right.

The Baymount was a lovely hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean. The Manager Maureen runs a tight ship and it shows from top to bottom. You will enjoy your stay.

The TV in my room didn’t work and no one came to fix it for 3 days. Hallway noise was constant. The breakfast was awful. Juice was sour, yogurt, cereal and limited bread. The waffles were the only good thing.

Entry door was broken and it was fixed half ass in plain English. Curtain didn’t keep the bright light out. Light also came in the entry door as it was broken into at one time. Dirty.

On the first night, my friend’s room were across from some noisey children. On the second night, construction was going on at the Apple Bees behind the hotel with the loud excavator machine at 1:00am in the morning for 2 hours!!

Staff is good and supportive. Property needs some upgrades. Had problem with TV, staff gave me new room. The new room fridge was making knocking noise, washroom light was not working, washroom fan was making really loud noise. We let staff know about these issue and they fixed it all same day.

Very quiet room on second floor...hotel staff very nice and accommodating. Bed comfortable. Bathrooms older and need some updating. Rooms could use regular sized pillows too. But over all comfortable stay
