The air conditioner wasn't working right when we got in the room but within 10 minutes someone came out to look at it and within an hr he changed out the a/c with a new one and it worked perfectly. We loved the service and how everyone helped out with anything

The element is a very nice hotel it’s kept up nicely very clean, very accommodating. The parking lot could stand to be such a tiny bit bigger but it’s an excellent location a block and a half from the beach. Very very nice set up. I’ve stayed there twice I will definitely stay there again.

exceeded my expectations
I was in a bind and needed a last minute place for one night. I was traveling with my dog and needed to do laundry. This hotel exceeded my expectations! They are pet friendly, have laundry on every floor, and was extremely clean. I was expecting a run down beach hotel and was pleasantly surprised. I'd absolutely recommend Element for your next stay in Jacksonville Beach.

The hotel was new clean and modern. Very friendly informative checkin staff. Great location for the beach and restaurants. Only complaints are that it is a bit noisy from street traffic and the breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

The service was excellent, as were the facilities. Disappointed that their chargers weren't functioning, but they are in the midst of an upgrade, so it was understandable.
