I rented for 1 night using hotels.com. The next day, I decided to extend my stay and booked two additional days on Hotels.com. Hotels.com prides itself on the fact that all costs are included when you pay. No hidden fees. All is paid, when you book. I notified the front desk that I was staying two more days and had booked and paid for the room. THEY CHARGED ME $20 EARLY CHECK-IN FEE FOR A ROOM I WAS ALREADY IN. To avoid this charge, I would have had to pack my stuff up. Leave and come back at 3pm to check in again for the new booking. ZERO STARS for customer service. The room itself was nice.
