You need to do better

When i checked in, it was if i was interrupting snack time, Ihad to literally say "I don't mean to take you from your snacks". There was a group/ team of youth field hockey players staying at the hotel that set up a indoor game right outside the elevators. I was almost hit with the ball/puck and the staff did nothing, I had to yell at the parents and kids and demands they stop. The next morning they were back out there. Food took a minimum of 45 min, staff claimed the ticket system in the kitchen.

This is one of those hotels that you will never want to make a reservation with when they are not only charging you for the room per night but you also have to pay almost $20 for the parking which is not really convenient because there's no assigned parking spots if you don't find a parking around the hotel I don't know what you would have done. We had to walk about a half of a block to get into the hotel with all our belongings. Me personally will never book a room at the hotel again. Another note is that the room service is very limited, I paid $168 for one night to get all this inconveniences.

Everyone was very nice. The location to our event couldn't have been better. My particular room had a partial river view which was disappointing, but other than that we had no complaints. For the price compared to the surrounding hotels, we would stay again.

the property was definitely better then the "hostile" like property we moved from however it could use some help with the mildew smell on the rug areas . maybe some FREE amenities to use like a coffee bar , (the water did not look appealing ) maybe a bowl of fruit . The area is really not convenient unless you are going to uber EVERYWHERE. We walked one night to treaty park and almost got mugged TWICE . THERE IS DEFINITELY an unsafe element. The riverwalk is beautiful to see but honestly no whete to eat or get a drink anywhere near by. Stay on the other side of the bridge ( but bad element there as well ) a lot more stores and resturants . the saturday flea market under the bridge was AWESOME .
