Hi, We are very sorry to hear that you had this experience. This has never happened before, the resort has 24 houses security, and a gated community. The safe should be programmed with a unique code that you choose. We are very sorry to hear this. We trust our staff, that works and can not understand how this happened.

Summer fun is a breeze at HRG Condos at Los Sueños, where you can play a round of golf at the golf course, cool off in one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools and enjoy a treatment at the full-service spa. There are 4 restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop/cafΘ and a nearby snack bar/deli. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a poolside bar and a bar/lounge. Public spaces have free WiFi. This Mediterranean hotel also offers a children's pool, a health club and a garden. Limited free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
