I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing renovations noise that has been severely disrupting my stay at your hotel. As a guest, I value the comfort and tranquility that a hotel should provide, especially during times when rest is essential.
Unfortunately, the noise from the renovations has been particularly disruptive, especially at times when I am not feeling well and require adequate rest. This disturbance has significantly impacted my ability to relax and recuperate during my stay.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the affected nights of my stay. I believe this request is fair given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the ongoing renovations noise. I trust that you understand my situation and will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly.
