Overall location-convenient hotel for lay over passengers. 10 minutes to CGK airport, free airport shuttle, very nice kitchen with special Indonesian meals, 11 am - 5 am room service in addition to breakfast, awesomely clean room and building, comfy bed and spacious room size, very friendly staff, easy check-in and -out.

Transportation to and from the airport at late night and very early morning hours was perfect. Hotel was lovely and the staff were so helpful. I tripped on a step and I had three employees helping me up and grabbing my bags and making a fuss over me even though I wasn’t hurt. It was so kind. Very nice place and located close to the airport.

They have a free shuttle and it is easy to communicate with the driver through WhatsApp. Also, we arrived late (09:00PM), and the restaurant was still opened. We had some pastas which were delicious, as well as some creme brulee and fried bananas. Food was excellent, and they served wine which is always a challenge to find in Indonesia. Bedroom was fine with two twin beds and a good size bathroom. However, they only gave us one key for two guests which is always a challenge to get in and out the elevator/bedroom. Breakfast was included and had all kind of Asian dishes but also the possibility to get eggs the way you like them, and pancakes. It has an outside swimming pool we didn't have time to enjoy. Despite from being really close to the airport and highway, it's been pretty quiet

Happy that this time I was given a room that wasn't facing the highway otherwise would be bothered by the noise. One thing to improve is the cleanliness in the toilet, there were ants around the sink area. Hotel staff were nice, they provided a car to drive me to the airport when I missed the mini bus.

Staff very good, professional and helpful at all times. Security superficial at best although obviously the hotel invested in it. Guy checking car with mirror not looking at the mirror, walking around so fast I'm sure he wouldn't recognise the car in the mirror if he did look! Never saw the xray machine used once, although it's there. Perhaps all designed for show. Hotel convenient for airport and getting into town (45 min ride). Rooftop bar and restaurant very convenient.
