The hotel seemed in a semi remote part of Jamaica Queens. The room was fine albeit it had a kitchen in it which was odd given the size of the room. Air conditioner noise was rather loud, and even louder was the noise in the bedroom. We had an early flight so could not take advantage of the free breakfast, but we did catch an early shuttle to JFK. We at the Marriott restaurant nearby. Very average, a bit overpriced and staffed by somewhat pleasant but not appropriately trained servers.

My stay at the property was good in general. However, the cost to park on the property overnight, for guests, was excessive, and parking on the street outside the property was very challenging.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff. We landed really early in the morning at JFK (5am) and they received our luggage and we stayed in the lobby and offered us breakfast. We had a medication that required medication and they were really kind to fridge it for us. Extremely welcoming staff, and the hotel is just CLEAN. The rooms are spacious.

Wish i would have realized that they have no restaurant. I arrived late and was hungry but they just have a small grocery area. Marriott across the street has very nice restaurant. Also only pepsi products.
