오피스텔이고 혼자 사는 자취방 느낌나서 좋음. 대신 청결도가 좀 떨어지는 것 같음. 방 청소 신경써서 해주셔야 할듯. 가격 좋아서 다음에 또 올듯

잠만자기에 너무 좋아요
오픈한지 얼마되지않아 룸 컨디션 좋았어요 룸이 많이 작아서 최소한의 이동만 가능했으며 먼지가 쫌 많은편입니다 수건도 먼지가 많았어요

아직 새건물이라 냄새가 빠지지않았고, 한층에 너무많은 방이 있어선지 구조가 복잡했음. 극히 드물겠지만 재난 발생 시 대피 경로 파악 힘들어 보임
