The service was great on the property. But the hotel was in bad shape and rusted in many areas within the bathroom. The rooms didn’t look up to Hilton standard and was truly disappointed.

Do not stay here. Overall cleanliness is a 1 out 10. Floors had stains, broken lamps, clear evidence of water issue you can see on the walls and carpet. The pictures on line is very misleading. I stayed overnight and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The staff was good. No issues there. They even accommodated my parking, breakfast and a better room. But overall the rooms are out dated and filthy. Visible hair on the furniture, dusty, yeah don’t stay at this Hilton plaza. The rooms are very terrible

Only and best feature is Hotel is close to the Met-Life Stadium. Hotel needs a complete makeover. Carpets are torn and dirty, bathroom fixtures are corroded, bathtub clogged, the only working ice machine is on the 4th floor. Drinks and food are overpriced.

The property was good overall. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room showed some signs of aging that could be touched up but nothing overwhelming. The view of the NYC skyline is also nice if that’s something you care about. I would recommend and would also stay there again.
