Excellent location for visiting the city. The breakfast food was fantastic, but not convenient to get to and eat because there were so many people...the breakfast line was insanely long. The elevators were not working properly, either, which was inconvenient.

Very good value for a family visiting NY. The bus outside is every 10minutes and brings you right near Times Square. Breakfast are good and what you would expect for a buffet. The staff are really great. We had a great time.

Overall all was great. Two things I would like to recommend is.... 1. firm pillows and 2. Turning the matress so that it does not sink just on one side. The pillows were blnit firm and I felt like I had no pillows and the matress felt like I was sinking but when i sat on the side where our feet are, it was firmer there. I would like to thank housekeepers for provinid h such a clean room. I really liked the feel of the cleanliness. Thank you!!!!!!!

The breakfast was not the best, at all. One or my kids declined it after a couple of days, stayed for 6days. The staff were quite friendly, hotel not too shabby but for anyone wanting to stay here, note that there is no swimming pool. I missed that info and wouldn't wish anyone to do same, so if you want a pool, this might not be your best best. Also parked in the hotel covered lot and some birds left their poop on our windshield, maybe they have nests removed from the ceiling in the covered parking lot. Overall not too bad a stay.

Bus station both ways is right in front of the hotel. It was quite convenient to use the parking garage and connected with skywalk. Hotel room was generally good. Beds and washroom were good. The floor was not clean though. The fridge was not working well. The staffs were supportive and kind. The breakfast was good enough too. Overall, it was a good experience for us.

Stayed two nights with a family of 5 . First time coming to NY and wanted something affordable. This hotel is located in a safe area, only shopping stores surrounded the hotel. Amazing location with the local city bus stop literally just across the street of the hotel. We took the local city bus to TS and It took 15 to 20 mins to get dropp off in Time square $10 round trip. The hotel is clean, quiet, parking included , breakfast included. It took me 5 mins to check in, rooms big enough for 5 people. The breakfast was amazing, delicious, buffet style. Different food selections both days. I would recommend and come Back to this hotel again.
