There was no room service in the hotel and even for the water we had to pay. No airport transfer facility for the customers. The shower door was loose.

Enjoyable stay but room for improvements
The room itself was very good. Very comfortable. Big TV screen was great but the selection of channels was poor. The fridge was nice to have but I did not know how to regulate the temperature on it. The food was frozen with ice if left in the fridge overnight. The internet was intermittent which was annoying.

Loved the location and the staff were great. We had an issue with our sink draining very very slowly and called down 3 times and it was not addressed. Not a big deal, great price, great location and we will stay there again when we come to NY again.

I recently stayed at this newly built hotel, and it was an excellent experience overall. The brand-new facilities gave everything a fresh, modern feel, and the stylish design made the rooms both comfortable and appealing. You can tell the hotel was recently constructed because everything was in pristine condition. Cleanliness was a major highlight. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the housekeeping staff clearly puts a lot of effort into maintaining high standards. I also felt very safe during my stay. The hotel has secure entry points and is located in a well-lit area, so I felt completely at ease. The surrounding neighborhood was also quiet and safe, even in the evening. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. From check-in to check-out, everyone I encountered was helpful and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable and stress-free. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its affordability. For such a clean, modern, and safe hotel, the price was very reasonable—especially for New York City. It’s a rare find to get this level of quality without breaking the bank. The location is fantastic, especially for exploring NYC. It’s just a 20-minute bus ride to Times Square, which made it easy to access all the attractions without being stuck in the middle of the busy city center. Great hotel with reasonable rate outside of NYC with easy access to NJ transit bus going to Manhattan in 20min. Only drawback was the shower with low water pressure and the water got clogged while use… better check the draining in Room 423. But overall very comfortable stay!
