Good location with free parking and included breakfast. Good for family trip to NY. Room outdated in an area that look like an older section with thin walls between rooms. General cleanliness of the room was ok but details were not done well with lot of dust on top shelves, behind tv and some other areas. Was a good hotel to try but will look for something else next NY visit.

Nice view of the NYC across the Hudson even from our basic room. Older facility, but well kept and everything (all utilities) worked well. Clean. Classically renovated/with beautiful colors. Very relaxing. Seems all patrons respected the comfort of others. Great made to order breakfast included under chosen package. Beautiful morning view of NYC from the table. Loved the in-room bathrooms and sitting area. Easy check in process and plenty of parking.

Make sure you reserve your breakfast before booking. I wanted this hotel also because of this I couldn’t. Otherwise is a highly recommended place. I loved the view and It was pretty convenient.

November 2024 review
Room was updated and clean except for the night stands. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in as room was not ready but was compensated with free parking pass. Called 2 times to get a roll away bed delivered. Staff is friendly and the restaurant serves large portions of delicious food.

Oasis of calm near Manhattan
Fabulous stay at this hotel with panoramic skyline views. Room was generously spacious and meticulously clean. Quality toiletries, towels and hairdryer all available for use. There was an in-room safe. Water was provided in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. Staff members were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a restaurant/bar on site. In addition the hotel has a pool and gym facilities. Outside the property there is a great waterfront walkway. There are excellent public transport options nearby. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was one of tranquility during my stay. I hope to stay here again and am happy to recommend the Sheraton Lincoln Harbor.
