Staff was friendly and the room inside is acceptable. The lack of air conditioner was problematic since it was a warm period in Pretoria and got carried away by mosquitos at night. The room decor was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Was disappointed that no breakfast was included in the price. Overall, a bit pricy for what you get.
