I did booked the President suite and we have been given a standard room when we arrived at 15h30! It was Orly at 23h45 that we were given the President suite. Not what you expect and definitely not professional.

Dear Christian Thank you so much for your feedback, my apologies as we had a system glitch and the booking pulled through as a standard only when the team was doing recons they picked up that you were booked a suites.My apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.

Never been served a cold burger before in a restaurant. The kind waitress tried to get the maitre in charge to deal with the matter, but his reply was that he was busy with more important matters to have time to deal with me. Might have been the case, but the attitude tells even more.
