Our rooms air conditioning wasn’t working. The front desk sent maintenance to our room and he got it turned on but it took 7 hours for it to even be comfortable. The lamp in between the beds did not work which meant no charging anything. My son had to squeeze behind the bed to switch plugs. The elevator sounded like it was going to break every time. The pool was the best part for my kids but why have rules if you don’t follow them? There were kids under 18 without an adult.

Great stay for what we needed at an affordable cost. Staff were friendly and even let me go into the closed breakfast area to have access to cold water for my water bottle one afternoon. We stayed for 4 nights and were expecting housekeeping on the 3rd night, but they didn't come. It was fine as we would have called if we needed anything. Parking was fine as we left early each day and came back at night. A/C worked well and the beds were comfy. The one downside we experienced with our stay was our floor and the elevator at a variety of times reeked of marijuana. It was overwhelmingly strong.

The young man at the reception desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. Even though there were families with children around the hotel, they were ALL very polite and not loud. I am absolutely going to stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family. This last minute booking Rocks!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze and they made sure I had all the information upfront. They were also very knowledgeable about the town and all its offerings which made it much easier to find everything I was looking for in Johnstown.
