A great stay!
A no frills hotel with exceptionally hospitable staff, from front desk to F&B and housekeeping. Our 2 bedroom door was relatively clean except that we found a cigarette box under the bed though it was a non-smoking room. Shower pressure w great, though the basin frequently gets choked. Keep up the good service. Will be back again!

Short Weekend Trip
Had an accessible room due to availability issues. Only issue I had was the bathroom sink which is too low for comfort. Other than this, the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast spread was good.

Not to be confused with the holiday inn hotel next to Komtar. But for the price with 2 rooms in a not so convenient location, it was great!! Not really recommended if you do not drive…but if you do, it is a 5-7 mins drive to City Square.
