Hotel had a big water mess in the lobby. Ceiling collapsing due to big water leaking that had been leaking for awhile. Rooms were older and had a musty smell.

Excellent staff. Hotels.com messed up our Reserva.
The hotel was good. The desk clerk was excellent she went out of her way to help with our stay. Hotels.com messed up our reservation by booking a handicapped room that was not available the deck clerk honored the reservation. The only problem was there was not a roll in shower so my wife was unable to shower that night.

Worth the Money
The hotel is new and has all of the amenities that most hotels do. I used the onsite gym every day of my stay. The customer service was great from the front desk specialists to the waitresses and servers who worked in the hotel restaurant. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed at this property several times and have always had a great experience. The staff are always polite and helpful, the restaurant has good food and drinks. The room and common areas are always neat and clean with comfy bedding. Will return on our next trip and highly recommend.

Not worth the extra money.
Quiet except a/c in my room did not function properly leaving the room with a little humidity. Also would shut off in the am. Mattress definitely had a lump in the middle. Very clean and friendly housekeeping.
