Um bom hotel
Quando chegamos à recepção fomos bem atendidos, chegamos antes do horário do check-in, e como eu estava passando mal, assim que desocupou um quarto eles já nos permitiram entrar. Todas as solicitações feitas foram atendidas. O quarto em que ficamos tinha a questão de a água da área do chuveiro voltar e o banheiro ficar todo molhado, mas solicitamos um rodo e fomos paleando. Não tem serviço de lavanderia, mas tem a Lavanderia 60 minutos a quase 2km, a um ótimo custo benefício. Ambiente limpo. Café da manhã bom. Camareiras bem atenciosas. A piscina limpa, não fica 100% por causa das plantas ao redor, mas não impede de tomar banho, pq não é sujeira de fato. O bar da frente não nos incomodou e aproveitamos a piscina a noite com a música ao vivo de la. Não temos o que reclamar dos recepcionistas, foram bem solícitos e atenciosos. Foi uma ótima estadia. Para quem joga Beach tennis tem duas quadras próximas; uma atrás do hotel e outra a duas quadras. Os restaurantes ao redor não são populares, tem umas galerias de compras ao redor e tbm uma galeria próxima com pub e comida mexicana adaptada ao cariri. Não tivemos problemas com outros hóspedes. E não tivemos problemas em comprar água fora do hotel, inclusive tem um mercado na esquina.

Infelizmente nos Frustamos. Todas as fotos postadas desde a piscina aos quartos tudo ilusão ou seja nao condiz com a propaganda que fazem. A piscina imunda, fomos no intuito de aproveitarmos bem o Hotel com preferencia na piscina. Infelizmente nao saimos do quarto nem pra tomar café de tao decepcionados. O bar nao tinha ninguém, enfim... Foi nossa primeira vez lá, pois temos costume de frequentar hotéis bons. Acho nom rever alguns pontos inclusive a propaganda que fazem com fotos e anúncios. Um super dica

Ao chegar no hotel ja me chateei, nao tinha ninguem na recepcao, tocava campanhia na porta, ligava pro telefone fixo e nada, quando apos muito tempo chegou a recepcionista dizendo que estava sozinha. Depois pedi um lencol e travesseiro extra e nada de entregarem, precisei pedir 3 vezes a mesma coisa pra ter sucesso. Pra completar tem um bar chamado avenida 7 bem em frente ao hotel com musica ao vivo ate 2h da manha, som absurdamente alto. Noite pessima. Piscina é um tanque e suja, acho que é decorativa. Cafe da manha bem simples. Quarto pequeno demais, cama king informada na reserva nao compativel, banheiro sem box , molha tudo. Resumindo, nada presta.

Quarto Muito Bom.
Quarto muito bom, cama excelente. Tudo funcionando direitinho ( Ar cond, TV, Frigobar ). Café da manhã muito bom também. Só a piscina, para quem gosta que é pequena. Mas apenas para dormir, o hotel é excelente.
