Very good place in Juchitan
New, clean, well appointed and though still construction, it is a very pleasant place.... Parking available out back, behind gated area.

although the staff did their respective jobs, there was no sense of passion in their work, so typical of many Mexican tourist places. The property is in the process of being built but was clean, thoigh strikingly minimalist in its amenities. The city itself is tipocally Mexican.

Mal te ves frecen playa privada pero está fuera del hotel en la playa privada no hay servicio en la Mini playa hasta las 5 hay alimentos te la vas a pasar fuera del hotel y regresas en u transporte condicionado a cada 30 minutos b es lo que me vendieron quiero cancelar

No hay mucha hospitalidad por parte del personal de recepción, cuando realice check in esperé tiempo para que me atendieran y el trato no fue bueno. Entiendo que haya falta de personal pero deben ser más cálidos con los huéspedes. No había agua caliente, las toallas se ven bastante sencillas y desgastadas, deberían invertirle más a las amenidades de baño ya que los dispensadores que me tocaron estaban en malas condiciones y no dan un buen aspecto. La alberca es linda y el hotel está en buena ubicación, ojalá tomen a consideración todo lo demás ya que por el precio esperaría algo distinto a diferencia de los demás.
