The hotel was really fantastic. I have to say, but we requested a balcony and they put us on the side of the building where there was only a few balconies and it was dark and it was overlooking wetlands, and I did not feel safe sitting out there at night. It’s not a bad area. It was just really dark and creepy. Other than that, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

The room could have been cleaner. There was dust on light fixtures and stains on the sofa. The sheets were not soft. A random man came and wike me up knocking on the door in morning saying he was maintenence. I didn't request any maintenence and had the do not disturb sign on the door. The front desk kinda just blew it off when complained. The area was pretty noisy as well.

The room had a distinct odor of dog. The sheets were well worn. The light in the bathroom burned out. There was no clock in the room. The chair in the room had crumbs and dust under the bottom cushion.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was kept and how much less expensive it was compared to the hotel just down the street. In fact after having stayed at both hotels, I may never go back to the expensive hotel of which I have loyally supported for years. All the amenities are exactly the same.
