I had a wonderful stay at the Kagoshima Sheraton. The room was spacious with a big, comfy bed, and the bathroom had all the beauty products you could need. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The Club Lounge was a lovely touch, though you need to book in advance and are limited to 70 minutes. The onsen was a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxation. Staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay even better. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing experience—highly recommended!

Really nice hotel. Possibly the highlight of my trip. Had breakfast and lunch buffet at the fourth floor restaurant and both were excellent, really fresh and healthy. Everything is spotless and you and staff is really friendly. Very highly recommended.

The lady working at the concierge desk during our stay is super helpful and patient with us. She helped us book ferries and hotels by making multiple calls. The hotel is quiet and clean and the breakfast is very good. The building is fairly new and looks modern.
