Onsite amenities include underground parking, tennis courts, basketball hoop, swimming pool, children's pool, whirlpool, restaurant and bar, beach with beach amenity rental shack, 2 exercise facilities and barbecue grills. Plenty of fine dining and family-friendly restaurants are within walking distance from the Sands of Kahana. If you prefer a stay-at-home meal, BBQ right on onsite or enjoy our fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities right at your fingertips. The Beach House on property serves breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a great Happy Hour! In less than a 5minute walk, enjoy Maui Brewing Company’s locally made beer (and rootbeer!) along with a fantastic menu. Dollies Pub and Café and Miso Phat are just across the street and also offer tasty cuisine. For convenience, there are two stores nearby with easy grab-and-go deli items and anything you might need without having to go to a larger busy grocery store.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Great location
The highlight of this condo was the location! We were close to many great beaches and a short drive to Lahaina. We appreciated the on-site kayak and snorkel rentals, pool, pickle ball courts, and restaurant. The unit had extra snorkel gear, chairs, etc. The unit has a great beach view from the lanai and master bedroom. While some areas could use some updates, the location made this a great choice for us!

Spacious Unit!
This was a spacious unit for my family, and it had a great view of the beach. There is some issues with half the electrical outlets in the room and some ants in the unit. Other than that, highly recommend.
