2Bed/2Bath Absolute Oceanfront Condo

Located on the popular Alii Drive, our True Oceanfront condominium looks out to Kailua Bay and beyond. From the Lanai, you can watch cruise ships tender their passengers to Kailua Pier, plus other harbor activities like parasailing. Watch the whales, dolphins and the night lights of Kailua-Kona from the lanai.

Please note that Sea Village is Smoke Free, No Smoking is permitted anywhere on the property or in the unit or on the lanai and is strictly enforced.

Unit 4213 is right on the ocean, in building 4 and on the second floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave/hood fan and washer/dryer. Sea Village has wireless internet available to all users at no additional charge. The master bedroom with the ensuite has a king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

The complex has an Oceanfront swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There is also spacious rolling lawns with picnic tables and gas BBQ'S. The Green Flash Coffee Shop is right out front of the complex serving the famous Kona Coffee, breakfast and ice cream!

From this spectacular condo you can walk to beaches and the historic Kailua-Kona village town about 1 mile away with it's great luau's, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants and bars, dancing, water sports, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding and deep sea fishing....just about every water sport you can think of. Plus there are many fabulous golf courses in and around the Kona area.

The unit does not have air conditioning but has ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Check In time is 4pm, Check Out is 10am, late check out or early check in is not available to give cleaners time for the next guests. Only minimum amenities supplied to get you started, ie soap, toilet paper etc.

This property was just as listed. Plenty of space- amazing lanai! Owner answered all our questions in a very timely manner and was very accommodating for what ifs at the location. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is right on the shore with no other building blocking the view. Spectacular. The condo is well furnished and has a great floor plan. It could have been cleaner. It would be awesome for people who stay out late and sleep late in the morning because the heat and humidity make the afternoon and evening pretty uncomfortable for those of us who have normal bedtimes.

We loved having breakfast on the lanai and how relaxing this place is. Quick drive into town for meals or shopping. The cable TV was not working while we were there and we had Tyler (property manager) and spectrum come in twice to work on it. With their efforts, we were able to get internet and could watch Netflix. We also were on the island while Kileaua was erupting, this was awesome to see (especially at night). Thank you for a great place to stay - God bless.

Meeting Midway
We had a reunite visit with our daughter and S-I-L from AU. Last time we saw them was 3 yrs. ago. Covid. HI is exactly halfway. We explored so much of the Big Island and have so much more to see. Thank you to Tyler of Sea Village for being an exceptional host. We saw a cruise ship, dolphins, the Queen Lili'uokalani Canoe Race, parasailers, snorkelers and so much more, just sitting on our deck. We enjoyed a lovely pool and cooked some great Hawaiian steaks on the nearby grills that were available with nearby dining tables. The experience was so easy and casual, made it easy to eat in. We had everything we needed, just supply the food. We had boogie boards to float on, we had snorkels and towels an Esky cooler and a thermal bag, beach chairs, an umbrella and believe it or not 2 sets of golf clubs that we used at Mauna Kea, our S-I-L's dream course. From our location we got to snorkel in Hilo and stargaze at Mauna Kea in one day. We will be back.

Oh those calming ocean waves...
You cannot beat the ocean side balcony of this spot! We absolutely loved eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony watching the sunset and listening to the relaxing sounds of the waves. The inside of the unit was clean and well laid out. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. Having laundry facilities in the unit was a nice treat, as was having a few bodyboards, snorkles for the kids to try. The pool was clean and quiet and the property was beautifully maintained with lovely gardens. The location was nice, quiet, but close to surrounding towns/restaurants. We highly recommend this property to others.

Midweek 4 night stay in Kona. Property location is excellent for putting yourself in position to access south & north Kona side of island. A quick 2 minute drive to Kailua-Kona puts you in the heart of all things Kailua. Property is clean and amenities are satisfactory ….. it’s all about the “View”. Amazing lanai view of the ocean ….. sat for hours mesmerized by the ocean. 4 nights of spectacular sunsets. I would stay again. Great value for the$.

Great condo with amazing view
This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was very well stocked and clean upon arrival. The condo has plenty of beach equipment, towels (5), chairs, coolers, snorkel masks (4), 2 sets of flippers, and boogie boards. The bathrooms have starter body wash, shampoo tubes, and lotion, along with full size hand soap dispensers. There is a hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron. The kitchen has some dry spices along with basic cooking tools, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. It was also nice, as there was a bag of coffee and water bottles as a welcome gift. The view is spectacular! Two of the mornings, there was a rainbow over the ocean. We loved being slightly south of the central business area, where it’s more quiet. The property/grounds are well maintained too. If you are concerned about not having air conditioning, having the windows and glass sliding door open creates a nice cross breeze. There are also ceiling fans and portable fans available to use. Overall, we would definitely book this unit again if we came back to Kona.
