The place was not clean at all and very outdated. I asked for silverware and they couldn't even provide that to me even though they provided breakfast in the morning. The hot tub was not hot, The pool had gross things in it and the staff was not friendly at all. I would never stay here again.

Wall heat/cool did not work, TV did not turn on when we first got there, we had to go to the front desk for help it took an hour for help figure it out and bring us a second remote one for channels one for volume. Very musty and dated paper thin doors you can hear all the hall noise. Very cheap price so I guess expected bottom line you usually get what you pay for.

Only two lights worked in the room they only gave a 15 percent discount for that didn't have a light in the bathroom when using bathroom or shower over all stay was uncomfortable and dissatisfied

First room-toilet wouldn’t go down and the window wouldn’t close and there wasn’t a screen. Moved to second room-toilet would not flush (no chain). Third room, toilet never stopped running but we stayed there. The water smelled like sewage and the bathroom tub was just kind of old and gross. If I hadn’t paid with gift cards honestly, we would have left. I know they said new management. They need to do a massive deep clean, get the plumbing and water right, and step up their cleaning service (garbage behind the night stands).

Staff slamming door all through the night, and playing music. Zero respect for guests. Advertised rate was different than charged. Paint peeling from ceiling, vent cover missing, one of the queen beds completely colapsed when sat on. Asking for money back

The staff are good. The rooms are fine for the price. The downside of this place is it boasts a hot breakfast which consists of juice.. ok.. cereals which have so many colours and Es in them, bagels, bread and waffles with syrup which justify the 'hot' breakfast.Seriously not appetising.They should say continental or something.. a waffle with syrup really doesn't constitute a hot breakfast.better with a bit of bread and cheese!
