Very Disappointing
Booked a king room based on description and pictures. This was a HUGE disappointment. Was looking forward to a shower, tub combo and shower ended up being a broom closet. There were 2 tiny bars of soap that were useless. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. Manager blamed Hotlel.com for misinformation on room description. This makes me reconsider dealing with this app. in the future. I was going to post pics of the shower but app won't allow me to.

The area was nice. The hotel itself appeared modern and kept up from the outside. The interior was dated. Some reviews indicated there had been updates but I only witnessed partial updates. Our bathroom vanity and bedding appeared to be updated but none of the rest of the room. My biggest complaint was the shower! The shower head dripped nonstop and thankful for the AC running most of the night so I couldn’t hear the dripping. And the floor of the shower was stained a dirty gray/brown…we wore flip flops to shower! The carpet in our room had many stains as well. Thankfully we didn’t spend much time in our room and it was just a place to sleep. Breakfast in restaurant was just ok and coffee very weak and warm not hot. For the rate we paid, I expected better. I won’t be back.
