Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre offers 220 accommodations with espresso makers and coffee/tea makers. We love Sun Peaks! The Grand is always our go-to. Right in the centre of the village with the BEST pool, hot tub & sauna. Great dining options both in the hotel and surrounding. Super friendly staff.

We like the Staffs, the place is Amazing and we love it because it is a Pet friendly hotel we also like our bed so comfortable and the room is spacious and so clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We were not impressed with the price of parking, it was unreasonably high and would make us think about not coming again. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms large and comfortable. Service was good as was the bar and restaurant (coffee not that good though).

I fear there are too many drawbacks to this hotel! We did not have a good experience! We had issues with everything from hundreds of bugs on the first night in our room which needed to be fumigated, with soiled stains on both the covers and the mattress on the sofa bed, to not enough towels for the 4 of us. Plus’s no pool access available during our stay. While they “tried” to fix them, offering free parking and some credit towards breakfast….taking over 2 hours for 2 extra towels was too long for us and was our last straw. If they had truly wanted to fix things, it would have been a priority! We decided to check out of our room a day early. There was nothing “GRAND” about our stay! We would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially for those with children! The average age for the clientele is 60 due to coach tours and the hotel is getting tired. After 3 weeks travelling around Canada this is the worst hotel, we have experienced!
