部屋は広々としていて快適にすごせました。朝食＆夕食バイキングはどれも美味しかったです。バイキングの食事も足りなくなれば、すぐに補充されていたのもとても良かったです。 なお、選んだ部屋はロビーから遠いです。ロビーやレストラン、大浴場からは少し距離があるので、歩行に困難がある方は辛いかもしれないです。

部屋や風呂、建物自体も段差が多く、足の悪い人間には少し不自由でした。 繁忙期なので仕方ないかもしれないが、食事が時間制限のある入替制で、しかも食べ物を取るにも混んでいて時間がかかり、子連れにはゆっくり食事を楽しみきれなかった。

清潔感がありスタッフさんの対応も好印象でした。 常備してあるのかはわかりませんが、部屋にベビーソープがありとても助かりました。（大浴場にもありました）朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったし、離乳食レトルトも置いてありました。 受付から遠い所にスロープがあるので、ベビーカーやキャリーなどは持ちあげてから階段を登るのが大変だなぁと感じました（スタッフさんがいれば手伝ってもらえます！）あとエレベーター閉まるのがめちゃくちゃ早いのでお子さんは十分気をつけた方がいいです！
