The Common areas the carpet is very very rundown stained dirty needs replaced. The key cards did not work for the room. We had to go to the front desk to get lit in every time. The cleaning staff doesn’t outstanding job. Also, the breakfast area They do a great job.

Smelly rooms. Had one that smelled like cigar and got moved to another that smelled like dirty feet. Staff was super friendly though. Breakfast was what you could expect. Nothing fancy, but typical Comfort Inn quality. Not a total mess, but not the cleanest. Water in the shower was meh… mind you the place was packed. Overall you could make it work, but if you need something that lacks interesting room smells check out another spot.

We checked in and the clerk seemed lost on the process, she asked for my ID and debit card then never took it. She gave us keys without activating them, we had to go downstairs 3x because our keys wouldn't work. The bed was hard as a rock and the room smelled like mildew.

Overall a good, solid experience. My only complaint was that our room smelled like smoke...not in an overpowering way, but you definitely noticed it as soon as you walked in.

Everything was pretty good but the bed was a little hard the garden tub wasn't as clean as i would have liked and they sent us to the wrong room they wrote 213 on the paperwork when we tried to get in someone was in the room when we went back down to the front desk they said we should have been in room 216 took about 45 minutes to get straightened out also they dont tell you until after you pay but they put a $100 dollar hold on your credit card that takes a forever to get back

The desk staff was amazing. I unfortunately was placed in a room that was horrid. The carpeted floor was soaking wet by the air conditioner (that wasnt working) someones used waterbottle still on the table, and a tv that didnt work. Unfortunately due to chaos checking in and double booking, we couldnt switch until late and that was because i went down 3x. The owner was flying out so i was supposed to get an update on 1 day refund by today. I still haven't.
