The space
The first floor includes an in-unit washer and dryer(free), fully-stocked kitchen, bathroom, and cozy living room with futon that converts to a full sized bed (linens for the futon are located in the closet under the stairs). Roku HDTV with a Chromecast plugged in, just enter your streaming passwords and enjoy a movie.

Master bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-in closet located on second floor.

Out the back door of the kitchen, a patio awaits with table and chairs.

1 assigned parking space directly in front of the guesthouse.

Motion sensor light with camera faces the shared driveway to illuminate your walk to the front door and lockbox. The camera is always recording.

Free, fast Wifi throughout.

The guesthouse is sprayed for bugs on a quarterly basis.

I am proud to pay my cleaners a living wage.

You will have the entire guesthouse and back patio to yourself during your stay. All living spaces are private.

Other things to note:
This is a smoke and pet-free property. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars, weed or animals of any kind INSIDE the house. smoking on the driveway ok with front door closed. DO not bring used cigarettes or joints etc inside the house, dispose in the white bucket outside. penalty for smoke mitigation is $100.

There is a dog who lives on the property, he is friendly to humans, not other animals. He uses the backyard.

check out instructions: lock the guesthouse, turn off the lights, and return the key to the lockbox.

The house has a legal occupancy of 2 people.

We are unable to accept bookings from local guests.

heat in winter no higher than 68/ AC during summer no lower than 72. make sure windows and doors are closed when heat/AC is on.
