Staff was super! Broken drawer on nightstand. One lamp didn't work. No number for front desk. No towel bars!! Carpet was just plain dirty.

I want to start by saying I read alot of bad reviews which resulted in expecting a bad experience. I discovered a very pleasant experience in the end I had one issue with my room key which was fixed in like barely 5 min. I did see some wear and tear in the facility like I had read in the reviews but was not substantial enough to warrant a lot of what I read I would definitely stay here again

Although my bed was comfortable, that was about the only positive of my stay. Evidently when I checked in, the girl only activated my key card for one night so had to go back to the front desk the next night. There were ash trays, cups and other trash left outside in the sitting areas. There were huge fans blowing down hallways to dry out carpet. When entering the doors to the lobby, there was a strong sewer smell. I didn’t notice it in my room or on the upper floors.

The rooms smelled musty and like urine. The carpets were filthy, maybe the vacuum they use does not work or they don’t vacuum. The a/c was very loud and did not work well. The front desk person was friendly and helpful.
