The cleanliness and staff were great. The rooms are nice, we were in a handicap room. The faucet needed some work. The walls are thin so can hear everyone in the lobby and the ice machine. Unfortunately, we were hit in the parking lot and the white van took off. They do not have cameras in the parking lot and they do not take descriptions of the people staying there. For the price it was not bad but would pay the extra $50 at a hotel that takes descriptions of the vehicles and that have cameras vs the $1000’s it’s going to cost me to fix my vehicle.

Wonderful Stay!
Great location and quiet. The breakfast was very good. There were lots of choices, even if you’re gluten free. We were there for the Hallmark Christmas Experience. The price was reasonable. The staff was very friendly. There were several places to eat and shop nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in fast and very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast not ready at 6 am which we were counting on since we had to get to the airport no later than 6:45.
