Stayed 3 nights for event at convention center, which was 10-12 min walk. Corner room with glass on both sides was great: large and clean. Food/breakfast was typical and staff friendly. Used the gym 1 day and found it above average. Only real issue was elevators, one was out and the other slow and forced me to ride up first in order to go down. Woukd definitely stay again.

We drove in from Austin, Tx for the Chiefs playoff game. Upon arrival the walkway was cleared as minimal as possible for people to walk thru. Otherwise, you had to walk all the around to get to the door. So minimal effort to clear the walkway. (no more snow in the forecast). The staff was very friendly upon arrival and check in was easy. The elevator floor was dirty and also the tile area on our floor was very dirty. The room was nice and spacious. Upon getting in the shower that evening, there were dirty boot tracks on the shower floor. I was already in the shower; wet, so I did not contact the front desk. The breakfast was decent. The oatmeal was cold and had to use the microwave to heat it up. Good coffee, juice and water was available.

Not super clean

The hotel was nicely updated, however not that clean. The shower had lots of pink mold and there was hair on the shower floor. One of the duvet covers had a noticeable stain that may have been blood. The overall condition of the bedding was old and worn out, pillows were flat. Time for new!

Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Front desk staff was very polite. Easy walk to the free Streetcar which took us everywhere that we needed to go for the weekend.
