Front desk rude! Told us where the pool was but not that it was closed. CAR STOLEN OVERNIGHT! Had to shuttle to airport and call someone to pick those of us who were not flying out to get back home. NKPD informed us car theft not a PRIORITY!

We were second to last room on the first floor. The wind rattled the emergency door all night long. The heat in our room did not work. We had someone in to fix it but it kicked off a few minutes later and never turned back on. The mold in the hallway from water damage has an interesting smell to it as well.

Seems like Hilton just bought some other property and then put their name on it. It wasn’t nearly as nice or maintained as other Hilton properties. Elevators were sketchy, some were probably 10-20 degrees colder than the lobby, broken tiles with black duct tape on the floors, the rooms had banged up bathrooms and walls, tubs that didn’t want to drain, and after paying and finalizing booking, received an email that there was an additional nightly parking fee. Next time I’m in KC I’ll definitely look for a different property.

Nice Place
This was a great place to stay. Unfortunately it was for only one night before we left for our Mexico vacation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. We did have a drink at the bar and the bar tender was very nice also. I would recommend this Hotel and stay there again in the future.

This is a very basic hotel. No frills, just rooms. Paid parking left a lot to be desired-- it's an outdoor, unsecured lot and I could park anywhere else in the (not busy) area for free. It felt like a rip off. We stayed at 3 Hilton hotels on this trip and this one was not as great as the other two. Nothing wrong, just nothing special either. Comfy enough beds, sturdy walls, no noise.

The Hilton Kansas City Airport had great amenities including their shuttle service to/from airport every 15 minutes. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was comfy and clean. Nice restaurant/bar. Convenience stores a quick walk away. Shopping Mall 10 minutes away and Downtown KC is 20 minutes away. Great place to stay.

The parking price was not transparent. It says online it is $11 a day and it doesn’t disclose hours much it is until the end of paying. I didn’t have choice other than leaving my car parked so I was forced to pay over $100 to park for 4 days
