We checked in with my 73 year old mother on crutches and received a room on the third floor. This was fine until the next morning when the elevator wasn’t working. Things happen and I understand however the response was “we put a fan in the elevator and it usually starts working once it cools off”. The words typically and usually were used a lot and later I went through reviews and this has been an issue for the last 18 months. I feel a fan isn’t a long term solution so it would have been nice if knowing they have issues, they thought about putting us on first floor. Had it started working before we left (it didn’t) then we still wouldn’t have felt totally comfortable getting on an elevator that is frequently serviced with a fan. The person working said they would let the manager know and added it to a large notebook but a week later and we haven’t been contacted.

The staff at the hotel made our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was exactly what we needed to start our day. We would stay here again.

Front desk vacant at check-in for an uncomfortable amount of time. When help did show, no acknowledgement, no welcome or emotion of any kind. Upon check-out, same gal. A robot would have been more personable! Asked our room number and if I wanted my receipt, then prints out the wrong room and receipt which we didn’t notice until after we left KC.

Your hotel was perfect for the stay we had. Close to the Speedway. 2 Great food venues. Culvers and IHOP. Great room. Great pool and hot tub! Your breakfast and attendant was amazing!!! Thanks for the very enjoyable stay! We are planning a return trip next fall.

Very clean. Friendly staff
This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. They have both soft and firm pillows in the rooms to fit all preferences. The staff was very kind and the location is next to a Culver's and an IHOP. The only issue we had was that the key cards didn't work on the exterior doors. Because of limited parking in the front, it made for a long haul to the room. To be fair, it was obviously a fluke issue. They tried reprogramming our cards but it was apparently a problem with the door locks instead. Also, they offered us free snacks for the inconvenience. Overall, a good stay.
