Cost: Price reflected on Hotels.com not the actual cost. The property charges additional fee for using a third party booking site. Had an honest price been used, this property would have been lower in search results sorted by price. Check-in: Online check-in before arrival saved no time. Upon arrival they still took a copy of my ID (in addition to the one uploaded online). They charged a $50 deposit against my credit card again, in addition to the one posted by the on-line check-in. They still made me agree to the same terms I agreed to online. The pre-arrival check-in online was a waste of time and probably cost me time overall. Room: Carpet felt damp throughout my stay. Bathroom faucet ran a constant stream and could not be shut off completely. Security: Lock and access card reader were completely missing from the exterior door at the end of the hallway, allowing anyone to enter without going through the lobby. In summary: I will book elsewhere next time I visit the area.

Worst toom ever
This was the worst stay. Please check my chats with hotels.com. The room was the worst and I was not allowed a refund or a room to switch. I checked in at 10pm or a little before and was not allowed a refund. Or a room change. The room smelled like urine terribly bad disgusting. I asked for a change in room and was told to meet with management in the morning after 9am and I would not be allowed to check out or obtain a different room. The room was also very dirty the door to parking lot was also broken insecure and left open. The hotel was very dirty. I was hung up in by the owner when I asked to change rooms and get a refund. Worst stay ever.

Had an “online check in” did that said all we needed to do was get the key card from front desk but nope had to do the whole thing again and then the guy added a $50 deposit but it wasn’t posted on the website or anything! Room smelled very musty could see water line down the walls bathroom had multiple dead bugs sink and tub faucet leaked blow dryer was broken baseboard carpet was falling apart the side door to get in the motel was broken and didn’t latch had multiple screw holes where they had adjusted the hinges frame to the door all messed up.we booked a 2 night stay the morning after we got there housekeeping was banging on the door at 6:30-7am it was ridiculous I will never recommend nor book this place again

Room was filthy. TV broke. No lamps. Soap bar in toilet. Tub wouldn't drain. Shower curtain rod broken. Door lock broken, outlets coming out of walls. Paint falling off ceiling. Bedding not clean. I could go on. I want a refund.

The lobby smelled as you entered it. The carpet needed to be changed. However, the room itself was nice and comfortable. The room also needs new carpet, though. And it had a couple of lightbulbs burnt out.

Despite completing my online checkin ahead of time to “save time,” they re did every single thing again when I got there. I had already uploaded my ID and credit card info in advance to make check in easier and faster, but the guy at the desk said I didn’t. I even showed him the confirmation. Also, the hotel charges an extra $5 fee for guests who book with hotels.com or Expedia. So it negates the whole “saving money” by using the app. It makes no sense. The room was average. Not great. The beds were ok. It was just an ok stay and not a great check in experience. And I’m not picky or hard to please… I just need somewhere safe, clean, and inexpensive when taking or picking my son up at the airport.
