To Be Expected For the Cheap Price
The online check-in process was very nice. The front desk staff were not very professional or helpful. I called the front desk to ask what time the pool opened in the morning and the response I received was, "I'm not sure because I never work the morning shift". The room itself was to be expected for a Super 8 motel; stuffy with zero water pressure in the shower. Speaking of the bathroom, the exhaust fan had quite a bit of dust buildup. There was also quite a bit of dust and debris underneath the chair cushion and the spots on the floor where the bedframe met the floor, as if someone hadn't taken a vacuum hose to that spot in a few months. If you're looking for a spot to rest your head and absolutely nothing else, then this place is worth the price. Otherwise, it's worth the extra cost to pay for the nice accommodations next door.

The rooms are nice and AC works great! Good channels as well on the TV! We stayed whole our house is being renovated and we enjoyed our stay! It is need the highway entrance so it can get noisy during our use hour but overall it was great!

Fantastic value for the money!
Very good stay! Hotel is clean and provides fast service. Not far from Kansas City and many dining options in Gardner. Hotel is not far from the best BBQ place in the KC area: K&M Bar-B-Q in Spring Hill.

Was excellent clean place the only thing I would say is for a non smoking Facility, why was people smoking out front where when you come in and out yuh can smell smoke! Also hot breakfast most places have meat and hot eggs too! Only waffles, Biscuits gravy and cold items!!!! Also was a lot of noise outside our room outdoors KIDS!!

Near Walmart via 3.5 min walk from Hotel plenty of dining options near bye ( 3 fast food franchises walking distance 1 min). No bells or whistles perfect for the price point

I stayed here for an overnight stop during my long drive and no doubt that it was a good choice. It's located in a quiet area. Rooms were well-maintained, with ample on-site parking and breakfast included. All good!
