沒有打掃乾淨，房間內留有好幾撮頭髮。浴室的抽風機很吵，冷氣溫度調整也沒作用，冷的要死，棉被又非常的薄，入住的旅客可能都要身強體壯才行

浴缸裡會飄出黑色物質，沙發整體發霉有異味，商務房沒有提供停車位未註明，房間插座不足，被子太小件兩個人蓋很勉強，衣櫃異味很重….早餐餐點很單調，飲品選擇很少而且太甜

訂房付錢，想說演唱會結束回來可以立刻回房間休息，沒想到把我們的房間給了另外一個客人，重點我們根本不認識！服務人員態度也沒有很好，最後給的答案只有：前一個服務人員弄錯了！ 床單有污漬，垃圾桶垃圾也沒清理乾淨，還有上個房客的檳榔渣。 給一顆星我都嫌多！
