Great Little Condo!
We have stayed in this condo several times and always enjoy our time there! It’s perfect for a couple! The only snafu was our door code was turned off early on our departure date and we couldn’t get in after our walk. A phone call took care of that tho.

View from the condo is fantastic. The beach and property at the condo complex is beautiful and well maintained. We loved that the condo provided beach chairs for us to use. The master bed was comfortable, but the carpet and living room furniture was pretty worn and could use some updating.

We had a nice relaxing stay. The appointment was clean and nicely equipped. The location is perfect. There was a small issue that was outside the management companies control but they still made it right. Great customer service that demonstrated that they do care.

Loved staying here!!
Stunning, 180 degrees of ocean view. Large lanai. Well appointed unit. Very large bathroom with large, walk-in shower, soaking tub, a bidet and even has decent lighting for puttin gon makeup. Loved the gated parking. Good size pool with comfortable loungers. Walking distance to several restaurants & shopping. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This unit is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. On the second story and at the end of the building the view of the grounds and the ocean from the lenai is spectacular. The unit seems newly redone inside, everything is top notch. Sunrises are beautiful as were the moonrises. On lazy nights we just walked next door to the Lava Lava Beach Club for dinner, where live music was a fixture every evening.

This place was great and very clean. There were a few communication issues like us not being able to check in until late because it wasn’t cleaned and gate codes were changed. Overall excellent place though, would definitely stay here again!!

Great Unit ! Great Views!
Unit was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean and updated. Master bed was very comfortable. Great furniture: The recliner was great. . It was very comfortable and made the stay that more relaxing. The Management Office extremely kind. The Maintenance staff worked hard each day and always greeted us with a friendly smile They worked hard each day to ensure the grounds were clean and safe. Great place.

Super great place to stay in Kauai
Everything was so clean, all amenities were there, the location was excellent, check-in was super easy and we were allowed to check in early. The unit is right next to a restaurant that has nightly live Hawaiian music which we found to be pleasant. They stop playing at 9 pm. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the area was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again

Lea Nani condo was more than we had hoped for!
My husband and I stayed for a week in October 2021. The location of this condo is perfect, offering views of the pool and the grounds and the ocean. Amazing sunrises are just around the bend on the beach. We enjoyed the lava lava beach club next door with live music every night. The grounds here are immaculate. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Darshan was amazing at helping us plan excursions. Our vacation was everything we hoped for and more, and a huge part of that was this condo.

Kauai Tour
My wife and I were visiting the Big Island and decided to extend our trip for a few days to explore Kauai. We chose the La Nini property for its central location, recent remodel, A/C and most important beach front location. We could not have been happier! The location itself is phenomenal; steps to the beach and fish pond plus a short 4 minute trail to another beach, absolutely incredible! Not to mention an easy walk to open bar with live music and great food. The actual condo has just been remodeled and literally is like brand new. The unit has the absolute best view front and is closest to the water. You can open the windows and just listen to the ocean or sit on the covered patio with a glass of your favorite and watch the surfers, foilers, swimmers or activities at the pool. It is literally a great location. We found it extremely convenient to the airport and all the south beaches including the canyon tour. North was a further stretch and best late and early due to roadwork but still convenient. The condo included a pool, grills and immaculate landscaping. Can’t wait to go back!
