"Größtenteils sehr freundliches Personal - Mara (Rezeption) & Julia (Restaurant) waren außergewöhnlich freundlich & zuvorkommend. Es waren nicht alle Getränke inkludiert, was ich bei All-Inclusive eine Frechheit finde. Keine Getränke (außer Wasser) am Zimmer, die Badezimmer-Crene wurde nicht aufgefüllt und das Bettzeug bei einer Woche Aufenthalt nicht gewechselt. Alles in allem kein 5* Service, aber nicht schlecht - für ein Zimmer mit Private Pool habe ich mir etwas mehr erwartet, aber schlecht war es nicht."
