The drainage in the shower was flooded so it was not possible to use the shower. They reduced the price but still it is one of the most basic functions expected in a hotel room. You could see that the door had water damage so this had happened before. Another disappointment was the inability to stream to the television. It was very cold at breakfast and even though I pointed this out the personnel didnt have any intentions or will to do anything about it. I suspect that the AC is adapted to the restaurants night guests and isnt changed in the morning when there are only a few eating breakfast.

Bra, tyst och enkelt rum. Precis vad jag önskade. Återkommer gärna! Bra frukost. Bra parkeringsgarage i karlstad. Finns flera i närheten av hotellet.

Basic men ok hotell! Litet rum och liten toalett men centralt läge. Planerar man inte att vara på rummet utan mest ute så funkar det! Serviceminded personal som fixade så vi fick rum tidigare och bjöd på chipsen vi ville köpa. Städningen hade tyvärr mer att önska, ganska rejält dammigt på vissa ställen!

Great stay, too much rain
We had a family room, which was big enough for 4 people. The staff was very helpful. Parking across the street for only 115SEK per day.
