Poolside is a public swimming pool
Sadly the locals have realised, that if you buy a pizza, you can spend all day with the extended family and disrupt the amenity of guests paying a small fortune to stay at this hotel. What a shame.

Always treated with respect and kindness when we stay here - The food is also delicious. Just be aware on Saturday they have a pool party - extremely loud music, open to all- but it did stop before 1700. Thank goodness. If you want peace and quiet on a Saturday- you will be disappointed.

Excellent on all levels..just would recommend the cards on doors are fixed so guest can have easy and quick access. Everyone was lovely and friendly, nice and quiet and clean.

We held Industry event there and bar closed at 9pm,too early. Everyone moved on to somewhere else.

Stayed at both the Best Western and the Karratha International during this trip and the Best Western was better by far and cheaper as well. The amenities in the rooms of the Karratha international were limited. Had to move the bed to get to a power socket close to the bed, didn't have terrestrial channels available on the television (just samsung internet-based channels), they didnt run the pool filter constantly, so the surface was covered in small flies and there was plenty of leaf detritus at the bottom of the pool. The pool was cold (quite a feat in Karratha) and the deck and terrace, which should have been a shady haven to chill in was ruined by a combination of non-stop 1950's, 1960's and 1970's italian music that was played at a volume perfectly designed to be impossible to ignore.
